水煤浆水冷壁气化技术综述

摘要

The technology which is based on Tsinghua gasifier is a new generation of technology for large-scale coal gasification with self-owned intellectual property right in China.Its industrial demonstration plant has been built and put into running in Shanxi Yangmei Group.This paper mainly discusses the research course,design principle and advantages of the technology,briefly introduces the actual operation situation,from which the advanced process indicators,lower running cost and good adaptability to various coals are shown up.%水煤浆水冷壁气化技术是我国自主研发的具有自主知识产权的新一代大型煤气化技术,该技术的工业示范装置已经在山西阳煤丰喜集团建成并运行。本文着重介绍了水煤浆水冷壁气化技术的研发历程、设计原理和技术优势,简要介绍了示范装置的运行情况。示范装置的运行情况表明：该气化技术具有工艺指标先进、运行费用低、煤种适应性强等优点。
