软包装有机硅密封胶体积检测方法的探讨

摘要

The paper introduces the principle and operation of testing the volume of soft packaged silicone sealant by the suspension method and compares the advantages and disadvantages of cylinder -measuring meth-od and density method .The feasibility of the suspension method is verified by experiment .The volume of soft packaged silicone sealant in suspension can be directly weighed by electronic balances .It is successfully ap-plied in measuring the volume of soft packaged silicone sealant owes to its characteristic features of simple steps, non-destructibility, and reproducibility .And it meets the needs of production monitoring of the silicone sealant .%比较了传统的量筒法、密度法检测软包装有机硅密封胶体积的优缺点，介绍了悬浮法检测体积的测试原理、操作方法，并设计实验验证该方法的可行性。结果表明，将软包装有机硅密封胶悬浮在水中，可由电子天平直接称出其体积。检测结果的重复性、复现性及普遍实用性较好，悬浮法用于检测软包装有机硅密封胶的体积具有操作步骤简单、对软包装密封胶无破坏性、检测效率高的特点，基本满足软包装密封胶生产监控需要。
