苯基硅橡胶的高低温拉伸性能研究

         

摘要

The tensile properties of phenyl silicone rubber in a broad temperature range were studied on an Instron machine.The results showed that the tensile properties of the phenyl silicone rubber were mainly affected by its volume contraction,and the tensile strength and elongation were increased with decrease of temperature.The phenyl rubber showed a tensile strength of 22.1 MPa and an elongation at break of 145% at 70 ℃.Due to the combination of thermal effect and volume expansion at high temperature,there was a remarked decrease in tensile strength and elongation with increase of temperature,but the tensile strength of the rubber could still reach 3.5 MPa at 200 ℃,exhibiting better heat resistance compared with others.%采用拉力机研究了苯基硅橡胶的高低温拉伸性能.结果表明,低温下拉伸时,苯基硅橡胶主要受体积收缩效应的影响,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率随温度的降低而增大,在-70℃下,拉伸强度可达22.1 MPa,拉断伸长率145%;高温下拉伸时,苯基硅橡胶受热效应和体积膨胀效应的影响,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率随温度升高显著降低,但200℃时拉伸强度仍能达到3.5 MPa,表现出较好的耐热性.
