This review summerizes the recent progress in the synthesis of the molecules and polymers combining polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) and aggregation-induced emission (AIE) luminogens, such as tetraphenylethene and/or tetraphenylsilole units.It also discusses the photophysical properties, fluorescent probe on chemo-and/or bio-applications of the POSS based AIEgens concerned.%综述了多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)与聚集诱导发光(AIE)基元四苯基乙烯、硅环戊二烯结合所形成的POSS基AIE新型荧光分子及聚合物的合成、光物理性质,以及聚集态荧光在化学及生物荧光检测等方面的应用.
