基于地方模式的亚洲体育用品产业转型研究--兼评《中国地方体育产业政策比较研究》一文

         

摘要

运用文献资料、计量经济学、案例分析等研究方法,针对地方模式的亚洲体育用品产业转型发展进行了深入研究。研究结论认为:亚洲发展成为区域性运转中心,包揽了全球体育行业一半以上的制造业务,主要来自于政府推动的力量,体育行业公司管理决策和超国家规章制度的建立。政府主动发挥产业推动作用,国家担任特定企业代理角色,公司利益的优惠待遇彰显了亚洲现代化的特征要素,政府在两者之间发挥协商功能。各国在引导国内纺织品和服装行业基础、资金和资源方面处于主导地位。他们同时支持体育产业领域的扩展,扩展方式是行业升级和价值链(“技术解决方法”),或者通过临近亚洲的海外生产基地迁移予以实现。%Using literature, econometrics, case studies and other research methods, this paper studies the transformation of Asian sporting goods industry based on local patterns. The study concludes that: Asia has developed into a regional operation center, taking more than half of the manufacturing business of the global sports industry, which is mainly due to the promoting power of the government, the management decisions of sports companies and the establishment of supranational regulations. The government takes the initiative to play the role of promoting industry, the country takes the particular role of business agent and the preferential treatment of the company’s interests highlights the characteristics of modern Asia. In the process, the government plays the role of a negotiator. The countries take a dominant position in the basics, funding and resources in domestic textile and apparel industry. They also support the expansion of sports industry by means of industry upgrade and value chain(“technical solutions”), or by migrating overseas production bases which are close to Asia.
