Objective To investigate drainage of cerebrospinal fluid by lateral ventricle puncture in the treatment of brain stem hemorrhage breaking into vertricle. Methods 41 cases of brain stem hemorrhage breaking into vertricle were included, 23 patients received medical treatment( medical treatment group) ,18 patients received lateral ventricle puncture for drainage of cere brospinal fluid on the basis of medical treatment (operation group) , a retrospective analysis was adopted to evaluate the difference of prognosis between the two groups. Results In medical treatment group, the mortality was 47. 83% .patients with a good recov ery was about 13. 04% ,in the operation group, the mortality was 22. 22% .patients with a good recovery was about 38. 89% ,there was obvious difference between the two groups. Conclusion Drainage of cerebrospinal fluid by lateral ventricle puncture could decrease the mortality, improve the prognosis in the patients of brain stem hemorrhage breaking into vertricle.%目的 探讨侧脑室穿刺外引流术对破入脑室的自发性脑干出血的治疗作用.方法 对41例破入脑室的自发性脑干出血患者进行回顾性分析,其中23例采取的内科保守治疗(内科治疗组),18例在内科保守治疗基础上采取侧脑室穿刺脑脊液持续外引流术(手术组),对两组患者的预后转归情况进行分析.结果 内科保守治疗组病死率47.83%、预后良好率13.04%,手术组病死率22.22%、预后良好率38.89%,两组比较具有统计学差异.结论 侧脑室穿刺外引流术治疗破入脑室的自发性脑干出血在降低患者病死率、改善预后方面具有一定的临床意义.
