Objective Discuss the effect of phase-transformation on the hardness of dental low-content gold Ag-Pd alloy. Methods After solution treated, the alloy was iso-thermally age-hardened at 600℃ for lmin,2min,5min, 10min,20min and 50min, respectively, followed by ice-water quench. By means of micro-Vicker's hardness, X-ray diffraction, SEM and EPMA, the effect of phase-transformation was studied. Results At higher temperature, the hardness rised the maximum with higher speed after iso-thermally age-hardened for 2min. lamellar precipitation with areata distribution was observed. Conclusion The elevation of hardness was related not with phase-transformation, but with inner strain caused by phase-transformation.%目的 探讨相变对牙科低金含量银钯合金强度的影响.方法 经过固溶处理后,合金在600C分别等温强化处理1 min,2min,-5min,10min,20min和50min,淬火冷却.采用显微硬度测试,X线衍射,扫描电镜和电子探针了解相变对合金强度的影响.结果 提高处理温度后,合金强化速度显著提升,2min时即达到最大硬度,有片状析出相析出,呈簇状分布,原子百分比近似Cu7PdAu 2.结论 合金硬度提高与相变无关,与相变所致的内应变有关.
