氟哌定醇与奎硫平用于精神分裂症急性期兴奋激越治疗的临床研究

摘要

目的：研究并对比分析在精神分裂症急性期的临床治疗过程中，应用氟哌定醇与奎硫平治疗的临床疗效，并评价其安全性。方法在我科选择2012年5月至2015年1月期间收治的精神分裂症患者，按入院先后随机数字法抽取78例作为研究对象，予以两种不同的口服药物进行分组治疗。结果两组患者在经过不同的分组治疗后，应用奎硫平口服治疗的试验组患者的临床总有效率为97．4%(38/39)，明显优于氟哌啶醇治疗的对照组76．9%(30/39)，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。随着治疗时间的延长，两组的PANSS-EC分值逐渐降低，对比同一时间点两组的分值差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。且经喹硫平治疗的试验组治疗后的PBL及PANSS评分显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。对比不良反应试验组患者在治疗期间仅发生4例不良反应现象，相对于对照组不良反应率较低，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论在精神分裂症急性期的临床治疗过程中，应用奎硫平口服治疗的临床疗效显著，且安全性能高，应广泛推广。%Objective Study and contrastively analyze the clinical efficacy of haloperidol and quetiapine applied in the clinical treatment process of acute phase of schizophrenia and evaluate its safety. Methods We Chose Schizophrenic patients ad-mitted between May,2012 and January,2015 in relevant departments of our hospital,78 cases were extracted as research object u-sing random number method according to hospitalized sequence and received group therapy by administrating two different oral drugs. Results After different group therapies,the clinical total efficiency of oral medication of quetiapine in experimental group was 97. 4%( 38/39 ) , superior to 76. 9%( 30/39 ) of haloperidol in control group, with statistically significant difference ( P <0. 01). PANSS-EC score of two groups decreased gradually with the prolongation of treatment time. Comparing the scores of two group at the same time points,the difference showed no statistical significance(P>0. 05). Also,the PBL score and PANSS score of experimental group treated by quetiapine were both superior to control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0. 05). Further comparison of adverse reactions showed that only 4 cases of adverse reaction occurred to patients with oral medication of quetiapine in experimental group in the period of treatment,lower than control group treated by haloperidol,with statistically signifi-cant difference(P<0. 05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment process of acute phase of schizophrenia,oral application of que-tiapine in the treatment has significant clinical curative effect and high safety,which should be widely generalized.
