目的 探讨盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合股四头肌离心训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效.方法 选取2013年3月至2014年12月确诊为"膝关节骨关节炎"患者80例,随机分为两组各40例,试验组行盐酸氨基葡萄糖片联合股四头肌离心训练治疗,对照组行股四头肌离心训练治疗.采用VAS疼痛量化评分及膝关节活动范围对疗效进行比较分析.结果 两组患者治疗后的VAS疼痛量化评分及膝关节活动范围与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的VAS疼痛量化评分及膝关节活动范围比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合股四头肌离心训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效优于单独采用股四头肌离心训练治疗.%Objective To investigate the effect of hydrochloric acid amino glucose combined with the four head of the femoral muscle eccentric training in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Methods 80 patients diagnosed as knee oste-oarthritis between March 2013 and December 2014were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each of 40 cases. The ex-perimental group was treated with the combination of hydrochloric acid amino glucose tablets and four head of the femoral muscle eccentric training,while the control group was treated with the four head of the femoral muscle eccentric training. The effect was compared and analyzed by using the VAS pain score and knee joint range of motion. Results Compared with before treatment,af-ter treatment the differences of VAS pain score and knee joint range of motion in two groups of patients were both statistically sig-nificant(P<0. 05). And the difference of comparison of VAS pain score and knee joint range of motion in two groups of patients after treatment was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion The effect of hydrochloric acid amino glucose combined with the four head of the femoral muscle eccentric training in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint is better than the single use of the four head of the femoral muscle eccentric training.
