重金属离子对黑斑蛙胚胎及蝌蚪的毒性影响

         

摘要

Study on toxicity of 5 heavy metal ions (Cu2+,Hg2+,Cr6+,Pb2+,Cd2+) to embryos and larvae of Rana nigromaculata showed that the toxicity of these heavy metal ions was higher to embryos during hatching and mouth open stages while it was lower to other embryo stages. The toxicity sequence to embryos is Hg2+>Cu2+>Cd2+>Pb2+>Cr6+. In addition,the cause of toxic effect to embryos is analyzed in the paper. The toxicity sequence of above 5 heavy metal ions to larvae was Hg2+>Cu2+>Cd2+>Pb2+>Cr6+.%本文研究了5种重金属对黑斑蛙胚胎期及蝌蚪期的毒性作用,结果表明,各重金属离子对胚胎期中的孵化期和开口期毒性较大,其余各期毒性较小。各重金属离子对胚胎的毒性顺序为:Hg2+>Cu2+> Cd2+>Pb2+≈Cr6+,并对其原因进行了初步分析;各重金属离子对蝌蚪期毒性大小依次为Hg2+>Cu2+> Cd2+>Cr6+>Pb2+。
