本文开展了利用O3氧化造纸废水生化处理系统产生剩余污泥的实验研究,根据O3对污泥性状、细胞溶解性COD及细胞电导率透性等指标的影响规律,提出了利用O3氧化剩余污泥实现系统污泥减量的最佳技术条件:在污泥浓度为5000mg/L时,体系中初始O3浓度为8.0~16.0mg/L时,接触氧化时间控制在20min,即可保证细胞溶胞的目的,在此条件下可实现系统污泥减量87.1%。%In this paper, a researching experiment was conducted to use O3 to treat the sludge from the aerobic biochemical treatment of papermaking wastewater. According to the laws of O3 affecting the parameters such as sludge properties, cells soluble COD and cell conductivity permeability, it suggested the optimal conditions of reducing sludge amount using O3 as follows : When the sludge concentration was 5000 mg/L and the initial O3 concentration was 8.0 -16. 0 mg/L, control the contact oxidation as 20 min, then the lysis could be guaranteed and the sludge of the system would be reduced by 87. 1%.
