实验室无源效率刻度技术的准确性检验

     

摘要

为检验无源效率刻度技术的准确性,本文用9个可溯源的典型放射性样品进行测试,并用LabSOCS计算结果.结果表明,点源在低能区(<150KeV)偏差为9.2%,中高能区5.9%以内.对于单一核素体源,偏差在5%以内,而复合核素体源偏差在12%以内,无源效率刻度技术是一种准确、可靠的刻度技术.%For calibration of efficiency scale in sourceless detection, nine typical radiation samples that are traceable were checked. The results were obtained by using Laboratory Sourceless Calibration Software (LabSOCS) to calculate. It shows that the deviations of point source samples were 9.2% and 5.9% at low-energy area ( < 150KeV) and high-energy area respectively. For cylinder samples with single-nuclide and with multi-nuclide the deviations were less than 5% and 12% respectively. The technology of efficiency scale of sourceless detection is precise and reliable.
