二氯甲烷替代三氯甲烷在流动注射法测定水中阴离子表面活性剂中的应用

         

摘要

Anionic surfactant in water was determined by Flow Injection Analyzer with dichloromethane instead of chloroform as extractive solvent. The results showed that the method is adequate for determination of anionic surfactant in clean water and wastewater with good accuracy and precision. Additionally it reduces the reagent harms to the environment and operators. The parameters concerned were correlation coefficient of 0.99997, detection limit of 0. 009mg/L, spiking recoveries of 87.8% -103% and the relative standard deviation of 1.3%.%采用二氯甲烷替代三氯甲烷作为萃取溶剂,用流动注射法对水中阴离子表面活性剂进行测定分析.研究结果表明:该法具有良好的准确度和精密度,适用于清洁水和废水样品测定,同时降低了试剂对环境、人员的危害.相关系数为0.999,检出限为0.009mG/L,加标回收率为87.8% ~ 103%,相对标准偏差为1.3%.
