两级碟管式反渗透系统在垃圾渗滤液处理中的应用

         

摘要

This paper studied the application of two stage disc tube reverse osmosis (DTRO) system in the treatment of landfill leachate in a municipal solid waste landfill in Sichuan. The research showed that the concentration polarization phenomenon still existed in DTRO. Under normal condition and after pretreatment, the removal rate of NH + 4-N at first stage DTRO can reach 95. 1% ~ 97. 8 %, the desalting rate was 96. 6% ~ 97. 7 %, the removal rate of UV254 was 96. 4% ~ 97. 4 %. In second stage DTRO, the removal rate of NH + 4-N was 86. 5% ~ 92. 1 %, the desalting rate was 87. 2% ~ 89. 6 %, and the removal rate of UV254 was only 10% ~ 40 %. With the increase of the operating pressure of the two stage DTRO, the membrane flux increased and the removal rate of NH + 4-N and the desalination rate decreased.%研究了两级碟管式反渗透系统在四川某城市生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理中的应用.研究表明: DTRO 仍然存在浓差极化现象;在经过预处理后正常工况下,一级DTRO 氨氮的去除率能够达到95. 1% ~ 97. 8%、脱盐率在96. 6% ~97. 7%,UV254 的去除率在96. 4% ~ 97. 4%;二级DTRO 氨氮去除率在86. 5% ~ 92. 1%,脱盐率在87. 2% ~ 89. 6%;UV254 的去除率仅在10% ~ 40%;随着二级DTRO 运行压力的增加,膜通量增加,氨氮去除率与脱盐率则降低.
