104规约在成都电网调度自动化系统中的运用分析

摘要

Aiming at the problems occurring in commissioning procedure of protocol 104, the corresponding measures are pro-posed.The settings of protocol 104 are introduced as well as the commissioning flow of network channel , the deadband and critical parameter setting, total data requirement and remote control .The common defects in basic data maintenance are illus-trated with examples, and the countermeasures are proposed .With the use of protocol 104, the dispatching automation system can provide more accurate data for grid operation , which could ensure the safe and reliable operation of power gird .%　　针对104规约调试过程中出现的问题，提出了相关解决措施。介绍了104规约的设置，网络通道的调试流程，变电站数据总召及死区值设定、遥控操作、关键参数设置等内容。通过举例方式列举了基础数据维护中的常见缺陷，并提出了解决办法，为电网运行提供准确数据，保障电网安全可靠运行。
