跨辖区一体化电能量计量系统故障排查方法研究

摘要

跨辖区一体化电能量计量系统（一体化电量系统）为负荷分析、预测和线损计算提供大量数据，电量数据异常将会给对其造成巨大麻烦，影响公司同业对标。为提高系统的消缺进度，保证负荷分析、预测和线损计算的正确性，从组织管理措施和技术措施两个方面对此问题进行深入研究，消缺工作取得巨大进展，同时也保证中压网损的正确性。%Inter-district integrated electric energy metering system ( integrated electricity system ) provides large amounts of data for load analysis , forecasting and line loss calculation .The abnormal data will cause big troubles and impact the company index.In order to improve the progress of defect elimination for the system and to assure the accuracy of load analysis , fore-casting and line loss calculation , it is studied from two aspects of management measures and technical measures , which make the defect elimination a great progress .And it also ensures the correctness of medium -voltage grid losses .
