The product composition and performance of portland cement when plaster was replaced by combinations of FDN and Na2SO4 were investigated by XRD and compressive test,such as fineness,water requirement for normal consistency setting time and strength.Based on the research,new cement performance met the code standard;the 28 d strength was better than the standard of P.O42.5R and there was no ettringite in hydration products.The better properties of the portland cement are as follows:better long-term strength; better stability;better resistance against water; lower energy consumption per unit of cement production and equipment abrasion and lower probability of accident.%采用XRD以及细度、标准稠度用水量、凝结时间和强度等宏观试验手段,研究了含FDN和Na2SO4的综合组方取代石膏后硅酸盐水泥熟料的产物组成和性能.试验表明,该新型水泥的性能参数符合相关规范要求,28 d的胶砂强度可以达到P.O42.5R的强度标准,水化产物中不含钙矾石且综合性能优于普通水泥,可以提高混凝土长期强度和抗渗性,降低水泥生产的单位能耗和设备损耗,并减少“安定性不良”和“外加剂与石膏不适应”的事故概率.
