多孔贫混凝土配合比设计及施工技术研究

摘要

对多孔贫混凝土的配合比设计方法及施工技术进行了研究,提出了适合机场建设的贫混凝土配合比设计方案,并进行了算例应用. 结合工程实例,给出了贫混凝土基层道面的施工流程. 在现场试验的基础上,对多孔贫混凝土基层的施工工艺,包括拌和工艺、成型工艺和养护工艺3个方面进行了深入的研究,提出了适用于多孔贫混凝土的拌和时间,建议多孔贫混凝土采用振动成型和洒水养护.%The design method of mix proportion and construction technology of the lean concrete were investigated. The design method of mix proportion of the lean concrete suitable for airport concrete was proposed and used in a calculation example. Combined with an engineering example,the construction process of lean concrete base was given. On the basis of field experiment, the deep studies on construction technique such as mix technique,molding technique and curing technique were carried out. Finally,the mix time suitable for lean concrete was proposed. The vibration molding and sprinkling curing are suitable for the lean concrete.
