杨村煤矿副井冻结壁求解结合ANSYS软件数值模拟

         

摘要

冻结壁是凿井工程的核心,其强度和稳定性关系到工程的成败和经济效益。本文选取杨村煤矿副井特殊层位440 m,将该层位冻结壁厚度和冻结壁平均温度通过国内外公认的一些经验公式计算出来,然后通过ANSYS软件数值模拟,求出杨村煤矿副井440 m 层位冻结壁厚度,冻结壁平均温度,将两者进行对比,达到相互校核的目的,对日后工程实践中对冻结壁数据的可靠性有一定的指导和借鉴意义。%Freezing wall is the core of the shaft sinking en-gineering, the strength and stability of the freezing wall is close-ly connected with the success or failure of engineering and eco-nomic benefit. The text selected yangcun coal mine auxiliary shaft particular position 440m and calculated the particular posi-tion′s freezing wall thickness and freezing wall average tempera-ture through empirical equation at first, secondly, we are deter-mine freezing wall thickness and freezing wall average tempera-ture of yangcun coal mine auxiliary shaft 's particular position 440m through ANSYS software numerical modeling, compared with the two results so that the two results can check with each other, it's has the meaning of guidance and reference for the reli-ability of the freezing wall data which through engineering prac-tice in the future.
