The construction of chemical plant is related to the production of the country, the development of the economy. However, construction measurement technology and relates to the construction of a chemical plant level is in line with the standard . So construction engineering measurement technology is particularly important. From another aspect of construction engi-neering survey is to determine the stand or fall of chemical pro-duction equipment to build.
