短波高线性前馈放大器的设计

摘要

提出了一种采用前馈线性化技术的短波放大器设计方法,介绍了前馈线性化技术的基本原理,研究了该方法在放大器设计中的应用,探讨了在工程实现中存在的问题及解决办法,使用仿真软件ADS构建电路模型,对放大器进行了仿真及优化设计,制作了一个短波高线性前馈放大器样件,对样件进行了指标测试并与主放大器进行对比,详细分析了测试结果,验证了这种方法的可行性.%This paper presents a design method of short wave amplifier using feed forward linearization technique,introduces the basic principle of feed-forward linearization technique,studies the application of this method to amplifier design,discusses the existing problems and solutions in the engineering realization,uses simulation software ADS to build circuit model,performs the simulation and optimization design to the amplifier,makes a short wave high linear feed-forward amplifier sample,tests the sample indexes and compares it with main amplifier,analyzes the test results in detail,verifies the feasibility of this method.
