随着船舶不断向着大型化、现代化发展,对船舶电力系统数字化、信息化和标准化的要求也提出了更为严峻的挑战.IEC61970标准的提出,可以很好地解决这些问题.本文正是针对基于IEC 61970标准应用在船舶电力系统一体化平台的设计研究,借鉴了目前陆用电网能量管理系统(EMS)较为成熟的设计思路及其方法,探讨了设计新一代船舶电力一体化平台所涉及的几项关键技术及其实现方法,同时指出了一些尚未解决的问题.%With the development of ship towards large-scale and modernization, the request of ship power system faced serious challenges in same areas of digitization, informatization and standardization. Using IEC 61970 would solve these problems well. This very article discusses about the application of ship power system integrated platform based on IEC 61970,and draws lessons from energy management system ( EMS) which has some more mature design way of thinkings and methods, also some key technologies and implementation methods in designing ship power system integrated platform based on IEC 61970 are discussed, and some unsolved problems are pointed out.
