一种低噪声放大器模块的设计

摘要

Low noise amplifier is an extremely important part of the receiver system ,multiple cascaded amplifier form is put to use in this paper ,input and output carries out impedance matching by using transmission line transformer ,the de-signed amplifier module has low noise coefficient and also has excellent reflection coefficient and intermodulation ,this paper has the important reference significance .%低噪声放大器是接收机系统中极其重要的一部分，论文设计的低噪声放大器模块采用多级级联的甲类放大器形式，输入和输出端采用传输线变压器进行阻抗匹配，设计的放大器模块具有低噪声系数的同时也具有良好的反射系数和互调，具有重要的参考意义。
