Concerning the failure of the existing hydrological forecasting system of the Second Fenhe Reservoir,the paper analyzes the necessity of a new system,its configuration and functions,and its main characteristics and technological indicators.%以汾河二库为例,针对汾河二库现阶段原有水情测报系统已无法使用的现状,对新建系统的必要性,系统设备配置及功能,主要特点和技术指标等进行了分析。
