After explaining the influences of the substantial fluctuations of vegetable prices,the paper analyzes the causes of the fluctuation from macroeconomic factors,vegetable production and supply and the environment and policies,and gives some policy suggestions.%在阐述蔬菜价格大幅波动影响的基础上,从宏观经济因素、蔬菜生产供给变化以及环境政策等方面分析了蔬菜价格大幅波动的成因,并提出相关的政策建议。
