大型交流变频同步电机安装方法

摘要

轧制生产线上的主电机作为轧机的主传动设备，是轧机工作的主要动力来源，如果电机出现问题，则整条轧制生产线将处于瘫痪状态无法生产，如何保证主电机的安装质量意义重大。以西安市某可逆轧机安装工程为例，详细介绍了大型交流变频同步电机的安装方法。%Being as rolling mill's main drive equipment, the main motor on rolling production line is the main power source of rolling mill, and if the motor had problem, the entire rolling production line would be be paralyzed and couldn’t produce. Therefore, it is very significant to ensure the quality of the installation of the main motor. Taking a certain installation project of reversible mill in Xi’an City as an example, this paper introduces in detail the installation method for Large AC variable frequency synchronous motor.
