进度计划在EPC总承包项目中的应用探讨

         

摘要

In recent years, along with the continuous improvement of the international social productivity, the management mode of EPC general contract has gradually become the development trend of today's international project management. And the implementation of EPC general contract project needs a systematic and scientific management system to carry out a reasonable and comprehensive configuration of resources, develop a detailed construction plan, and timely and properly adjust the construction plan according to the specific requirements of the project construction, and strengthen the schedule control of each stages including the design, procurement, and construction, etc. This paper expounds the features of the scheduled plan of EPC general contract project, and probes into the concrete measures for doing well the scheduled plan of EPC general contract project.%近年来,随着国际社会生产力的不断提升,EPC总承包管理模式已经逐步成为当今国际项目管理的发展趋势。而实施EPC总承包项目需要系统、科学的管理制度对资源进行合理、全面的配置,制定周密的项目施工计划,并根据项目施工的具体需求及时正确地调整施工计划,并加强设计、采购和施工等各个阶段的进度控制。阐述了EPC总承包项目进度计划的特点,探讨了做好EPC总承包项目进度计划的具体措施。
