摘要

electrical safety emergency management is a process of making full use and integration of emergency resources to carry out the effective forecast warning, information reporting, decision supporting, dispatch commanding, site disposing, and summative evaluating when dealing with the emergencies. The establishment of the site accident disposal and exercise management system by using advanced information technology can improve the ability to cope with emergency, shorten the response time, and effectively relieve all kinds of loss caused by emergencies.%电力安全生产应急管理是在应对突发事件时，充分利用和整合应急资源，进行有效预测预警、信息报送、辅助决策、调度指挥、现场处置和总结评估的过程。采用先进的信息技术建立事故现场处置及演练管理系统，能够提高应对突发事件的能力，缩短反应时间，有效减轻突发事件造成的各种损失。
