铝材与塑胶间隙染色前处理工艺探析

摘要

结合工作实践，从引入新型清洗剂、结合超声波改善清洗效果、降低氧化后的水洗温度、合理控制间隙尺寸等方面，探讨了铝材与塑胶间隙染色前的处理工艺。%Connecting with the working practice, this paper expounds the dyeing pretreatment process of the clearance between aluminum material and plastic cement from the aspects of introducing the new cleaning agent, improving the cleaning effect combining with ultrasonic wave, reducing the washing temperature after oxidation, and making the reasonable control the clearance size.
