目的：探讨中医科慢性病住院患者的心理健康状况，以及心理干预对慢性病住院患者心理状态的影响。方法选取2012-2013年在中医科住院的慢性病患者138例，采用掷硬币法随机分为对照组66例和研究组72例。所有患者均采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行心理分析。对照组给予常规治疗；研究组在常规治疗基础上给予心理干预；于入院时和4周时采用SCL-90对2组患者进行心理状态评定分析。结果入院时2组患者SCL-90各因子评分差异无统计学意义；4周时2组评分均有改善（ P ＜0．01），研究组SCL-90得分中躯体化、强迫、抑郁等较对照组明显降低，评分改善值均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．01）。结论心理干预有助于改善中医科慢性病患者心理状况，改善治疗依从性，提高患者的生活质量。%Objective To investigate the mental health status of patients with chronic diseases in the De-partment of Traditional Chinese Medicine ,and the influence of psychological intervention on psychological state of patients .Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients with chronic disease were randomly divided into two groups .The patients in control group( n=66) were treated with conventional therapy ,and the study group ( n=72) received psychological intervention on the basis of conventional therapy .All patients received psychological a-nalysis with SCL-90 on baseline and 4 weeks .Results The scores in each factors of SCL-90 in the two groups had no significant difference on admission .There were significant difference between two groups at 4 weeks ( P <0.01) .SCL-90 scores of body ,compulsion ,depression in study group were significantly lower than those in the control group ,score improvement values were higher than those of control group ,and there were significant difference between two groups ( P <0.01) .Conclusion To the patients who have chronic disease in the Depart-ment of Traditional Chinese Medicine ,psychological intervention is helpful to improve the psychological status , treatment compliance and to enhance the quality of life.
