SM植物胶在泽城水电站深厚覆盖层钻探中的应用研究

摘要

Aiming at solving the problem of rasing drilling efficiency and core recovery for drilling in deep overburden,the factors affecting the problem are analyzed.Based on the example of drilling for Zecheng Hydroelectric Plant,the article introduces mainly characteristics and batching of SM phyto-colloid,technology and technical of drillling,cautions and parameters of drilling.The comparison of the two method with traditonal one for feasibility research and using SM phyto-colloid in drilling for preliminary design is presented.It shows that the proposed method with using SM phyto-colloid raises remarkably drilling efficiency and core recovery and will be the reasonable method for drilling in deep overburden.%为了解决水利水电工程深厚覆盖层钻探岩心采取率低、钻探效率低的钻探工作难题,文中首先分析其影响因素。根据泽城水电站钻探应用实例,主要介绍了SM植物胶的主要特点和配制、钻探施工技术及工艺、钻进参数和操作注意事项。通过本工程可研（使用传统钻进工艺）和初设（本文提出的钻进工艺）两个阶段使用两种钻进工艺的比较表明,使用SM植物胶钻进工艺钻进效率和岩心采取率都有大幅度提高,是进行深厚覆盖层钻进的一种合理方法。
