以红花烟草为试验材料,研究有机土壤与普通土壤条件下烟草的形态及根系内部的变化情况,结果表明:有机土壤条件下培育出的烟草各项形态指标明显优于普通条件下生长的烟草。对根系做石蜡切片处理后发现,有机土壤条件下生长的烟草细胞体积较大,栅栏细胞排列更加整齐、紧密,但根系没有普通土壤条件下的发达。%Experiment with tobacco as the experimental material,common form of tobacco and its changes within the root under organic soil and soil culture conditions are studied,The results show that organic soil under tobacco cultivation was significantly more than normal conditions.Under organic soil conditions volume of tobacco cell becomes larger;the larger cells arranged in palisade cells,more neatly,tightly,but the root is less well developed in the organic soil than in the common one.
