In order to ensure the efficient functioning part library, it is necessary for enterprise management needs to establish a parts library management information system. Through systematic planning, the paper establishes the B / S mode network applications, the databases uses the development of B / S pattern. And through the system analysis, it can understand the system functions and divide a system into various functional modules. Finally its SQL server and VS are used to implement the database and web page design, and through commissioning and operation it makes the function tests of the system. The use of the system can improve the overall management level of equipment, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and bring considerable economic and social benefits.%零件库的日常管理中涉及的部门多、信息量大，为了保证零件库的高效运转，有必要建立一个适合企业管理需要的零件库管理信息系统。基于此，通过系统规划，建立B／S模式的网络应用，数据库采用B／S模式开发；再通过系统分析，了解系统功能，把一个系统划分为各个功能模块；最后用SQLServer和VS来实现数据库和网页的设计，并通过对系统的调试和运行来测试系统的功能。该系统的使用全面提高了设备管理的整体水平，增强了企业的竞争力，并带来了可观的经济效益和社会效益。
