亚临界600MW直接空冷机组通流改造方案分析

         

摘要

The early operation of subcritical direct air cooling units is generally poor in economic operation. Through the energy consumption diagnosis of a 600 MW direct air-cooled steam turbine unit of a power generation company, some main factors affecting the economics of the unit are pointed out, including unreasonable distribution of enthalpy drop at high and low pressured flow passages, poor aerodynamic characteristics of the stationary blade and the moving blade, too-large flow area of the high pressure nozzle group and too-large dynamic and static clearance. The necessity of flow passage reformation is analyzed, and a detailed technical plan is put forward, and it is expected to achieve good results after the reformation, which can provide references for the same type reformation of the subcritical direct air cooling units.%针对早期投产的亚临界直接空冷机组普遍运行经济性较差的问题, 以某发电公司600 MW直接空冷汽轮机组能耗诊断为例, 指出了影响该机组运行经济性的主要因素有高、中压通流各级焓降分配不合理, 静叶、动叶气动特性不佳, 高压喷嘴组通流面积偏大, 动静间隙偏大等, 分析了机组通流部分改造的必要性, 提出了详细的技术方案, 改造后预期会取得良好的效果, 对亚临界直接空冷机组进行同类型改造有借鉴意义.
