基于燃烧系统改造的NOx超低排放技术研究

         

摘要

The combustion system of the 300 MW CFB unit of a power plant has been reformed and implemented in many aspects, including the reduction of air distributor area, appropriate elevation of the position of the lower secondary air outlet, sectional area reduction of the flue flow passage at the separator inlet, the reduction of the diameter and the insertion depth of center tube and appropriate removal and replacement of the anti-abrasion beams, etc. On-site test research and parameter analysis were carried out after reformation, and it can provide corresponding experiences and references for other power plants to meet the requirements of ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides under the condition of SNCR denitrification.%针对山西A电厂300 MW循环流化床机组的燃烧系统进行了多方面的改造, 包括布风板面积的缩小, 下二次风口位置的适当抬高, 分离器进口烟道流通截面积缩小、中心筒直径缩小、中心筒插入深度减少, 防磨梁适当拆除以及更换等, 并对机组改造后的效果进行现场试验研究及参数分析, 为其他电厂达到在选择性非催化还原脱硝情况下氮氧化物满足超低排放的要求提供相应经验及参考.
