隔离开关工厂化检修的探索和实践

摘要

提出转变检修方式、提高检修效率和质量是“大检修”体系建设的重要内容。阐述了某供电公司以“大检修”体系建设为契机，以设备状态评价为基础，整合内部生产资源，引进外部专业技术力量，在推进工厂化检修方面进行了探索和实践，于2012年实现了35~110 kV隔离开关的工厂化检修。在生产管理精益化、现场作业标准化方面积累了丰富的经验，在推进专业化检修方面迈出了重要的步伐。%Changing maintenance mode and improving maintenance efficiency and quality is important content for the construction of Overhaul system. A certain power supply company,taking the construction of Overhaul system as opportunity,carried out exploration and practices for promoting industrialised overhaul by integrating production resources and bringing in external professional technology based on equipment condition evaluation. In 2012,industrialised overhaul of 35 kV~110 kV disconnetor was realized. Rich experiences were accumulated for competent management and standardized on-site operation,which greatly promoted professionalized overhaul.
