某型500 MW汽轮机组中压转子的高温蠕变强度分析

         

摘要

Temperature and Von Mises stress field on design condition are calculated by using the finite element method in the 500 MW unit, and the influence of different eccentricity on rotor creep bending is investigated. It shows that the temperature field is symmetric along the axial split of the rotor, and the temperature reduces gradually along the axial direction , therefore it is concluded that the bending of the rotor is mainly due to the central creep deformation.%针对某型500 MW汽轮机组中压转子,运用有限元方法计算了中压转子在额定工况下的温度场及等效应力分布情况,在此基础上研究了不同偏心距下转子蠕变变形。结果表明:中压转子的温度场沿轴向中分面分布基本对称且从中分面向两端逐渐降低,转子蠕变主要发生在中压转子中。
