煤泥水系统优化的研究与应用

     

摘要

随着采煤机械化水平的不断提高,次生煤泥含量不断增加,加之井下原煤性质的偶然性和不确定性,当井下遇到火成岩时,现有煤泥水系统无法满足正常生产需要。经调查研究,同忻选煤厂通过调节水质、优化加药系统、浓缩机底流管路改造、调节煤泥水系统入料量等一系列优化措施,极大地提高了煤泥沉降和脱水回收效率,经济效益和社会效益显著,可为该厂的二期筹建工作提供参考依据。%With unceasing enhancement of the coal mining mechanization level,the content of secondary slime is increasing.Additionally the occasionality and uncertainty of underground coal properties,when encountered igneous rock,the existing slime water system can not meet the normal production needs.By investigate,Tongxin coal prepara-tion plant adopted series of optimization measures such as adjust the water quality,optimize the chemical dosing sys-tem,transform the thickener underflow pipe,adjust the feeding dose of slime water system and so on,greatly im-proved the sludge settling and dewatering efficiency of recovery,economic benefits and social benefits are remarkable, can provide reference basis for the second phase preparation of the plant.
