浅谈半煤岩巷道的“煤矸分离”

摘要

为提高煤炭品质及煤炭利用率，在半煤岩掘进工程中，既要实现煤矸分离，又要保证不降低掘进效率。坪上煤业公司结合井下半煤岩巷道实际情况，对半煤岩巷的施工工艺进行改进。通过结合铺设卧底溜、改装道岔、安装抬头溜等方法，采用分层掘进、分装分运的方式实现了“煤矸分离”，经济效益显著。%In order to improve the coal quality and coal utilization,realizes the separation of coal and gangue and make sure don't reduce the drivage efficiency in half coal rock tunneling engineering.Pingshang coal company combines with the practical situation improved the construction technology of half coal rock tunnel.By laying the scraper conveyor at the bottom,refiting turnout,elevating the scraper conveyor and other methods,uses slice drivage and partial shipment,realizes"the separation of coal and gangue",brings significant economic benefits for coal min-ing enterprises.
