H型钢梁、柱标准单元多功能胎架施工技术

摘要

为解决加工H型钢结构梁、柱标准单元件精度差、效率低、和同类结构件互换性欠佳的问题,对装配此类构件的多功能胎架进行了研究,提出了利用定型胎架平台对标准杆件进行组装,克服了人为采用量具进行定位产生的较大偏差,提高了生产效率,保证了标准件的互换性,为类似工程项目的装配提供了参考.%In order to solve the problems of poor precision, low efficiency, poor interchangeability with the simi-lar struction in processing H steel beam and column standard block, the multi-function jip of assembling the compo-nents is studied.Puts forward using case-hardened bed-jig platform to assemble standard poles.Overcomes the great deviation of artificial measurement positioning.Improves the production efficiency, ensures the interchangeabili-ty of standard parts.It provids a reference for the similar project of assembling.
