岳城煤矿综采下分层沿空掘巷技术研究

     

摘要

In order to improve the mine resource recovery rate and the drivage rate of ten thousand tons,accord-ing to the geological condition and the occurrence condition of No.3 coal seam in Yuecheng coal mine,adopts the technology of gob-side entry driving to research fully mechanized mining lower slice mining roadway,to avoid the roadway support pressure extremum of surrounding rock,effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock.On the basis of numerical simulation analysis,puts forward that the optimum size of reserved coal pillar between lower slice working face is 4 m,and the lower slice roadway staggers from the lateral upper slice is 7 m in No.3 coal seam of Yuncheng coal mine.Puts forward the solutions to existing problems of roof and he gas management.The results show that the scheme makes the coal pillar recovery sufficient,and the economic benefits are remarkable,it can pro-vide a theoretical basis and practical support for lower slice gob-side entry driving.%为提高矿井资源回收率及万吨掘进率,根据岳城煤矿3#煤地质条件和煤层赋存状况,对综采下分层回采巷道采用沿空掘巷工艺进行技术研究,使巷道避开围岩支撑压力极值,有效控制围岩变形程度。在数值模拟分析的基础上,提出了岳城煤矿3#煤下分层工作面之间留设4m、下分层巷道外错上分层7m的留设煤柱最佳尺寸,并对此条件下的顶板、瓦斯管理存在的问题提出了解决方案。结果表明,该方案的实施,使煤柱能得到充分回收,经济效益显著,为下分层沿空掘巷提供了理论基础和实践支持。
