Taking the roadways of Sihe Mine in Jincheng Coal Group as the engineering background, deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock under superimposed stress are studied. The characteristics include severe floor heave, convergence of laneway sides, fractured subsidence of top coal, long-term and continuous deformation, and serious failure of support. Accordingly, three main factors of roadway deformation are found, including intense coupling high stress, insufficient strength of initial support and delayed later reinforced support, and decrease of coal strength caused by gas drainage. In addition, the paper proposes some control and improvement measures to solve the problems.%以晋煤集团寺河煤矿巷道为工程背景,研究叠加应力影响下巷道围岩变形破坏特征,表现出剧烈底鼓、巷帮严重收敛、顶煤破碎下沉、长时间持续变形、支护体严重破坏等特点,在此基础上分析得出强烈耦合高应力、初期支护强度刚度不足且后期补强不及时、瓦斯抽采导致巷帮煤体强度降低是巷道变形破坏的三个主要影响因素。针对井下巷道中存在的问题,提出围岩控制对策和改进意见。
