新型矿用电磁先导阀驱动器的开发

摘要

Failure modes of intrinsically safe electromagnetic pilot valve drive in mines were studied. It concluded precautions for the connection of electrical cables and the sealing of seals in initial design so as to avoid the failure in later application, which could be a reference to the future design of the drive and the improvement of production techniques.%分析了矿用本质安全型电磁先导阀驱动器在井下使用时所出现的失效形式及故障,总结出在最初设计时,选用电缆连接方式、密封件的密封形式的注意事项,避免了后期使用时产生故障,为以后的矿用电磁先导阀驱动器设计、生产工艺的改进和完善提供了借鉴.
