塑料黏结炸药AFX-757的生产、性能及其应用

摘要

A new kind of plastic bonded explosive (PBX)--AFX757 is introduced, the formula of which is sketched and the influence of components to detonation property is analyzed.The methods and equipment for production are briefly presented.The data of three experiments is concluded to confirm the better explosive power and exothermic effects.The application of AFX757 in military of the United States shows that this explosive can meet the requirements of high energy and insensitivity, safe and reliable charge, which is an alternative PBX charge.%介绍了一种新式的塑料黏结炸药(PBX)AFX-757,简述了其配方,分析了各组分对爆炸性能的影响;介绍了其生产方法与所需设备;通过归纳3组对比实验的数据,说明了其较优的爆炸做功能力和放热效果;介绍了该类炸药在美军中的运用,结果表明,AFX-757能满足高能钝感、安全可靠的装药要求,是一种较优的PBX装药.
