新型城镇化进程中小城镇规划建设管理的探讨

摘要

This paper analyzes the difficulties of planning and construction management of small towns, explores the problems of planning and construction management from the aspects of enhancing the comprehensive bearing capacity, perfecting the management system, and increasing the planning dynamics, combining with the actual situation at present.According to the characteristics of the new urbanization process, the corresponding suggestions are put forward in order to promote the effective implementation of the planning and construction management of small towns.%对小城镇规划建设管理困境进行分析,从提升综合承载力、完善管理体系、加大规划力度等方面进行了探索,结合目前实际状况,介绍了规划建设管理问题,并根据新型城镇化进程特点,提出相应的解决建议,以促进小城镇规划建设管理工作有效落实.
