Combining with the construction procedure of the engineering programs,the paper explores the claim management of the construction enterprises under the engineering bill model,and illustrates the bidding stage,the stage of contract,the stage of program construction and the complete stage,so as to direct he practice and maintain the benefits of enterprises.%结合工程项目建设流程,探讨了工程量清单模式下施工企业的索赔管理,分别阐述了投标报价阶段,合同订立阶段,项目施工阶段及竣工结算阶段的索赔策略,以期指导实践,维护企业利益。
