成品油库建设项目全过程造价管理探讨

摘要

According to the features of the product oil storage fields,combining with the relative theories for the whole process costs management,analyzes the key and difficult points of the product oil storage fields in the investment decision-making,the design,the construction and the complete payment stages,and points out the respective treatment measures from the aspect of the constructing parties,so as to realize the maximum of the enterprises.%针对成品油库工程的特点,结合全过程造价管理的相关理论,分析了成品油库建设项目的投资决策、设计、施工、竣工交付阶段造价管理的重点和难点,并从建设单位角度提出了相应处理策略,以实现企业效益最大化。
