谈建筑施工组织管理的几个主要方面

This paper analysed the practicality and applicability of construction organization management from the construction site layout,construction process organization,construction drawing review to the construction technical problems,took some main measures from the operational point,gave full play to the construction organization management,to achieve the desired effect of operation.%从施工现场平面布置、施工工序组织、施工图纸会审到施工技术问题这几个主要方面浅析了施工组织管理的实践性和适用性,从可操作角度采取一些主要对策,充分发挥施工组织管理的力度,以使施工达到预期的效果。
