According to the analysis of the construction background of the green ecological city in Haikou, the paper points out the basic ideas for the green ecological urban construction, and explores its construction route and strategies, so as to establish better ecological environment, and realize the harmony between human and nature.%通过对海口市绿色生态城市建设背景的分析，提出了绿色生态城市建设的基本思路，进而探讨了其建设路线与对策，从而建设良好的生态环境，实现人与自然和谐共生。
