Combining with the self working practice, the paper sums up and introduces the construction craft for the sludge soft foundation gate shaft, solves some construction difficulties for the sludge effectively from the craft combination with the grouting, the rainfall, the protecting wall and the steel protecting ease support, so as to provide some reliable and economical method for the similar underground construction of sludge in future.%结合自身工作实践，对淤泥质转基层闸门井施工工艺进行了总结和介绍，通过注浆，降水，护壁以及型钢护筒支护等多种-rE结合，可以有效地解决淤泥层的施工难题，为今后类似淤泥层地下作业提供了一种可靠且经济的方法。
